FROM QUEENSBORO BRIDGE - UPPER LEVEL:
Cross bridge, follow sign for Queens Blvd. & 495 – At End of the Ramp, turn Left at the first traffic light “Thompson Ave”, stay on Thompson Ave, to Van Dam St, turn Right on Van Dam St, & go straight to Queens Midtown Expwy, turn Right, proceed one block to 31 Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of street.
FROM QUEENSBORO BRIDGE - LOWER LEVEL:
Cross bridge, follow sign for Queens Blvd, & 495 – go to the intersection of Van Dam St, & Thompson Ave, turn Right on Van Dam St & go straight to Queens Midtown Expwy, turn Right, proceed one block to 31 Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of street.
FROM MIDTOWN TUNNEL:
Cross tunnel, pay toll and bear to your extreme Right, about 50 ft, from toll exit on your Right will be Borden Ave, turn Left on Borden Ave, & proceed about one mile to 31 Pl, turn Left, we will be on Left side of Street.
FROM WHITESTONE BRIDGE:
Cross bridge, follow signs for Whitestone Bridge Expwy, - 678 South; Exit at Grand Central Parkway West, (for non commercial vehicles & Astoria Blvd. Exit for commercial vehicles), go to Brooklyn Queens Expwy, - 278 West & take it to Exit #35 – Greenpoint Ave – Midtown Tunnel, follow signs for Midtown Tunnel & take it to Exit #15 – Van Dam St, continue straight through traffic light for one block to 31 Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of Street.
FROM VERRAZANO BRIDGE:
Cross bridge, take Brooklyn Queens Expwy, - 278 East & take it to Exit #35 – Greenpoi nt Ave – Midtown Tunnel, follow signs for Midtown Tunnel & take it to Exit #15 – Van Dam St, continue straight through traffic light for one block to 31 Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of Street.
FROM TRIBORO BRIDGE:
Cross bridge, stay on Grand Central Pkwy, East to Exit #4 – Brooklyn Queens Expwy, - 278 West (for non commercial vehicles & Astoria Blvd, Exit for commercial vehicles, go to Brooklyn Queens Expwy, - 278 West & take it to Exit #35 – Greenpoint Ave, - Midtown Tunnel, follow signs for Midtown Tunnel & take it to Exit #15 – Van Dam St. Continue straight through traffic light for one block to 31 Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of Street.
FROM LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY:
Take L.I.E. – 495 West to Van Dam Street, continue straight through traffic light for one block to 31Pl, turn Right, we will be on Left side of Street.
